- Free Bet
Free Bets are special promotional bets where winnings are returned to the player, but the original stake is not. For example a €1.00 Free Bet placed at odds of 4.0 will return €3.00 if it wins, whereas a bet made with money will return €4.00 if it wins.
(In addition, sometimes there will be additional restrictions on the winnings from a Free Bet, specifically the winnings will be credited as Frozen Money - see below. This won’t be often, and we will make it very very clear when this is the case.)
- Free(ish) Money
Free(ish) money is special promotional money. There are three small differences between this and regular money that you deposit, specifically
(i) it will expire if unused
(ii) you might be required to bet it on specific matches, tournaments, or markets.
(iii) you have to bet it once before you withdraw it*
*this is a licencing requirement
- Free Spins
Free Spins are for use on casino slot games. Sometimes they can be used on any games, sometimes they can only be used only on a specific game or games.
(In addition, sometimes there will be additional restrictions on the winnings from a Free Spin, specifically the winnings will be credited as Bonus money - see below. This won’t be often, and we will make it very clear when this is the case.)
- Frozen Money
Frozen money is money that is separate to your real money balance. You can see it, you can bet with it, but you can’t withdraw it until you defrost it. Defrosting it requires you to bet a certain amount (traditionally called the ‘wagering requirement’)
The defrosting requirement is a multiplier that represents the number of times you have to play bonus money before you are able to withdraw any winnings.
For example: you open a Luckbox and get $15 frozen money with a 10x defrosting requirement. This means you need to bet $150 on eligible games before the frozen money becomes real money and can be withdrawn.
Bets made with both your real money balance and frozen money balance both count towards defrosting.
Once you complete the defrosting requirement, the frozen money is released into your real money balance.
And don’t forget that frozen money expires… if you fail to meet the defrosting requirements before the expiry date, the frozen money and any winnings from it are forfeit. So for example, you manage to run the €15 of frozen money up to €200, but don’t complete the full defrosting requirements in time, the whole €200 will vanish forever.
We appreciate that this seems complex. If you get awarded Frozen Money like this and are unsure of what it means, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Occasionally you will receive a “fragment” from an opened luckbox.
We will arrange raffles, contests, or provide special minigames that the Fragment can be used for. Check our special Fragment page for details of what’s currently on offer.
The Fragment has a value of approximately €0.05, but cannot be exchanged for money.
If you know what a skin is, cool. Stop here.
If you don’t know what a skin is, read our brief guide to skins.
Where a skin is awarded in a Luckbox, in some instances it may be technically or logistically impossible to deliver that particular skin in a timely manner. If this is the case, Luckbox will award the value of that skin in money, using the purchase price of the skin converted using a suitable exchange rate at the time of awarding the skin to the player.
