Though rarely, we may cancel a bet:
- If the integrity of a match or tournament is called in question, for example when there are reports about match rigging, game cheats, etc.
- If there is a team line-up change before the match starts. When a line-up change happens after the match had started bets will stand.
- If the match or tournament has been cancelled, suspended, or postponed.
- If a match has been played before the scheduled starting time.
- If there has been change in the number and kind of maps and rounds being played.
- If for any reason we are unable to validate the outcome of a particular market (e.g. due to loss of live streaming or API connection), of if there is an error settling the market.
- If there is a massive difference between the odds before and after a recalculation when the odds become too crazy.
- If your account doesn't have sufficient funds to cover the bets you've placed.
- If we have reasonable grounds to believe that your bet was placed based on insider information, or after the outcome of the match or tournament was already known.
- If we have a strong reason to believe that your bet was made by any group of people acting in liaison in an attempt to defraud us.
