If you live in a country supported for this payment method, you can fund your Luckbox account using bank transfer. Bank transfers provide you the security of dealing directly with your own bank.
To deposit via bank transfer simply log in to your Luckbox account, visit the Deposit page, select your deposit amount, click Deposit, and choose Bank transfer from the list of available payment methods. This will provide you with the bank details to which you should send your payment. You can then send your payment like any other bank transfer online, or visit your bank to order the transfer. Have in mind that the name registered to your bank account must match the name registered on your Luckbox account.
Once sent, the bank transfer may take up to 5 business days to arrive. As soon as we receive your bank transfer, the funds will be credited to your Luckbox account. We apply no additional charges for the use of this payment method but your bank may apply fees for the transfer.
If the option is supported where you are, you may also be able to request withdrawals to your bank account. The bank account needs to be in your name and in your country of residence. Please, note that additional documents may be required in order for your withdrawal request to be approved. Please, contact us for more information.
