Football
Football dates, times and score information published by Us are purely of indicative value. Luckbox do not warrant their correctness and makes no representations regarding the use of this information. If a game is suspended or postponed, all bets will remain active for 48 hours after kickoff. If We receive information that a postponed game has been rescheduled for a time later than 48 hours, all bets will be cancelled and stakes refunded.
If an event is postponed, cancelled or does not start at the time displayed in the betting offer and rescheduled for a date within the 48 hours and then postponed again, all bets will be active for another 48 hours from the last rescheduled date. This process will continue as long as the postponed game kept getting rescheduled within the 48 hours.
If an event is suspended or interrupted and rescheduled for a date within 48 hours, all bets will stand except for those bets which has already been determined at the time of interruption.
Unless announced otherwise, for Football events odds are based on the result after regular time which includes two halves of 45 minutes each and time added by match officials for stoppages, but not scheduled extra time or penalty shoot-outs etc.
Occasionally, Tournaments, friendly or other matches may have scheduled time frames different than two halves of 45 minutes each. If Luckbox does not make a special note that a match will play a time other than the standard two halves of 45 minutes each, all bets will stand.
If a match is abandoned and not completed because of a participant retirement, surrender or disqualification, all bets will stand and will be settled based on the officially declared winner. Bets on side markets which have not yet been determined will be cancelled.
Asian Handicap
You are betting on the winner of the match after the stated Asian Handicap has been applied. Asian Handicap bets are a special type of Handicap bets for FIFA and football. The simple difference between 3-Way Handicap and Asian Handicap bets is that 3-Way Handicap bets allow for a draw outcome while Asian Handicap bets do not allow for a draw. Should the game draw after the handicap is added, all bets are cancelled and stakes refunded.
Example 1
0 or 1 Goal Asian Handicap:
Liverpool v Arsenal - Asian Handicap 0:1 (Arsenal has a 1 goal head start)
Full-time score: 2 - 1
Asian Handicap result: 2 - 2 (we add 1 goal for Arsenal)
The result of the Asian Handicap bet is a Draw - all stakes are refunded.
Example 2
0.5 or 1.5 Goal Asian Handicap:
Liverpool v Arsenal - Asian 0:0.5 (Arsenal has a half goal head start)
Full-time score: 1 - 1
Asian Handicap result: 1 - 1.5 (we add 0.5 goals for Arsenal)
Arsenal wins the Asian Handicap bet even though the match was actually a draw.
Quarter Asian Handicap
Quarter Asian Handicaps are special cases of Asian Handicaps because they are settled in a different way than the other Asian Handicaps. The difference is that one bet is split up into two bets (each 50% of the bet stake). Let us give you the following two examples and a table from which you can transfer all the different Asian Handicap types.
Example 1: Asian Handicap 0:0.25
Liverpool @1.7 v Arsenal @1.9 (0:0.25)
First half stake is with the Asian Handicap 0:0. The second half is with the Asian Handicap 0:0.5
(as to be seen in the table below)

Total Goals Over/Under
You are betting on whether the total number of goals scored in the match will be over or under the stated total.
Quarter Over/Under bets are special cases of Over/Under bets because they are combinations of two Over/Under bets similar to Quarter Asian Handicaps. The difference with Quarter Over/Under bets is that one bet is split up into two bets (each 50% of the bet stake).
Example: Over/Under 2.5 goals
Over 2.5 goals @ 1.9 vs Under 2.5 goals @ 1.7
Full-time score: 1 - 1
The result of the Over/Under bet is that all stakes placed on Under 2.5 goals are won and all stakes placed on Over 2.5 goals are lost.
Example: Over/Under 2 goals
Over 2 goals @ 1.9 vs Under 2 goals @ 1.7
Full-time score: 1 - 1
The result of the Over/Under bet is that all stakes get refunded.
Example: Over/Under 2.25 goals
Over 2.25 goals @ 1.9 v Under 2.25 goals @ 1.7
First half stake is with the Over/Under 2 goals. The second half is with Over/Under 2.5 goals.
If you bet on Under 2.25 goals, then your bet wins if there is either 0 or 1 goal scored in the match. If there are exactly two goals half the stake will win and half will be returned. Bets lose if there are three or more goals scored in the match. If you bet on Over 2.25 goals, then your bet wins if there are three or more goals scored in the match. If there are exactly two goals half the stake will be returned and half will be lost. Bets lose if there is 0 or 1 goal scored in the match.

18 Hole 2 ball/3ball: You are betting on the player to achieve the lowest score (from the stated list of players) over 18 holes. Players must complete 1 hole for bets to stand. Curling

The final score for a match shall be the score reported by tournament organizers. Luckbox respects each tournament's scoring rules and rulings regarding conceded matches.
Bets on matches that are postponed or suspended for any reason (such as, but not limited to: deteriorating ice conditions, electrical failure, or scheduling problems) are considered "action" and will be graded once tournament organizers declare the match completed.
Table Tennis
On the occasion of a match starting but not being completed for any reason, all bets on the outcome of the match will be cancelled, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined.

If a player does not start a tournament or a match, then all bets on that player will be cancelled.
Set Betting (Correct Score) refers to the correct final score in sets.
Match winner refers to the winner of the match or specified set. In the event of a match starting but not being completed for any reason, all bets on the outcome of the match will be cancelled.

Horse Racing
All bets are settled in accordance with the official result at the time of the "weigh in". Any change to a result after this point will not count for settlement purposes.
Walkovers and voided races count as races but any horse involved will be treated as a non-runner.
Ante-Post bets are settled at the odds and place terms applicable at the time of acceptance. Should wrong odds or place terms be given in error we reserve the right to settle the bet at the correct odds/place terms that were available at the time the bet was struck.
Non-Runners and Withdrawals: If a horse is withdrawn before coming under starter's orders, or is officially considered by the starter to have taken no part in the race, then all bets on that horse are cancelled. Any stakes will be refunded on the withdrawn horse and winning bets will be subject to a deduction in accordance with Deductions Rule 4(c).
Non-Runners and Withdrawals: The size of the deduction will be based on the odds of the withdrawn horse at the time of its withdrawal at the following rates.
Deductions (Rule 4): Any races containing non-runners are subjected to this (Rule 4), which means some of the winnings are deducted from winning bets. The size of the deduction depends on the odds of the non-running horse. The table below represents the rate of deduction.
From odds To odds Deduction in %
1.00 1.19 85
1.20 1.25 80
1.26 1.30 75
1.31 1.40 70
1.41 1.53 65
1.54 1.62 60
1.63 1.80 55
1.81 1.95 50
1.96 2.20 45
From odds To odds Deduction in %
2.21 2.50 40
2.51 2.75 35
2.76 3.25 30
3.26 4.00 25
4.01 5.00 20
5.01 6.50 15
6.51 10.00 10
10.01 15.00 5
15.01 None
Deduction example: You place a GBP 100 bet 30 minutes before the race starts on a horse at odds of 8.00. A horse at odds of 6.00 cannot run and is considered to be a non-runner. The odds 6.00 are the last odds offered on the non-running horse. Your horse wins the race at odds of 8.00 and you would normally win GBP 800.
Because there was a non-runner in the race, deductions will apply to your winnings.
Your winnings will be: ((Your odds-1) x (1-reduction factor) x Your stake + Your stake)) = Your winnings (8-1) x (1-0.15) x GBP 100 + GBP 100 = 7 x 0.85 x GBP 100 + GBP 100 = GBP 695
You can find the reduction factor of 15% by looking it up in the table above.
If you have picked a winner and if reduction factors occur, the original odds and the effective odds (after the reduction factor) will be displayed in your betting history as such: 8.00 (6.95).
Early morning prices/day of event prices:
After the final declarations stage, Non-Runner no-bet will apply.
Double Engagements: Where a horse is doubly engaged (named as a runner in more than one race) the bet will stand as a bet for the timed race. If the selection runs in the other race, it would be treated as a non-runner.
Re-runs: In the event of a false start or any other incident resulting in a race being re-run, 'under starter's orders' is negated and stakes will be refunded on horses taking no part in the re-run.
Postponements:
If a race is abandoned or declared void, then any bets will be cancelled. If the race is postponed to a future day and the final Declarations stand, all bets will stand.
However, all single bets on horse racing will be cancelled and any selection involved in cumulative bets will be treated as a non-runner if:
The race is abandoned;
The race is officially declared void;
The conditions of the race are altered after bets have been made;
The venue is altered;
The running surface is altered (e.g. from Turf to All Weather).
Each-Way Betting:
All bets are settled to win unless 'Each-Way' is selected;
An Each-Way bet is made up of two bets. It contains one bet for your horse to "Win" and a second bet for your horse to be "Placed". Each bet is placed at the stake amount you have entered, so the total cost of an Each-Way bet will be double the amount you entered stake, as you are placing two bets;
The "Place" terms will be as advertised for the event. In general, for UK horse racing, the 'Place' part of Each-Way bets will be settled using the following 'Place' terms:
Less than 5 runners - the place money is invested to win the race;
Races of 5, 6 or 7 runners - 1/4 the odds - first two places;
All other races of 8 or more runners - 1/5 the odds - first three places;
Handicap races with 12 - 15 runners - 1/4 the odds - first three places;
Handicap races with 16 or more runners - 1/4 the odds - first four places;
In all races the number of runners will be the runners coming under starters orders. Bets will not be accepted where the Place stake exceeds the win stake.
Ante-Post Betting:
All bets are placed on the named horses.
Ante-Post bets are accepted on the basis all-in run or not, entered or not.
Where a race is re-run, all bets stand. Should a race be declared void and not re-run, all bets will be cancelled and stakes refunded.
All bets will stand irrespective of vacant traps, voided races and abandoned meetings. Dead-heat rules apply to outright result, if multiple winners.
In the event of abandonment or postponement to races where early prices have been offered, all bets will stand as long as the races are rescheduled and completed.
Payment will be made on the official result of races. Luckbox reserves the right to cancel any bets that show reasonable suspicion or evidence of unfair price manipulation.
Greyhounds
All bets are placed on the named greyhounds.
Ante-Post bets are accepted on the basis all-in run or not, entered or not.
Where a race is re-run, all bets stand. Should a race be declared void and not re-run, all bets will be cancelled and stakes refunded.
If a named dog (No reserves) is selected and a reserve runs in place of the named dog, then the bet will be settled as a non-runner.
All bets will stand irrespective of vacant traps, voided races and abandoned meetings. Dead-heat rules apply to Outright result, if multiple winners are declared.
In the event of abandonment or postponement to races where early prices have been offered, all bets will stand as long as the races are rescheduled and completed.

All bets on a match will be cancelled if the match is officially declared as a 'no result'.
